• Our business is based in Cologne, Germany, with a verified physical address and VAT registration with the German government.
• All payments made on our website are securely processed by PayPal.
  We do not store any credit card information. Customers are redirected to PayPal’s secure payment platform or PayPal-hosted card checkout. Transactions are monitored by both PayPal and Shopify.

We are deeply sorry if this is happening to you. We strongly urge you to contact your bank or card issuer immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
