Exchange & Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

  • We do accept a 14-day Free No Reason Return since the hair has been delivered.
  • Our customer service team must first approve all returns, please contact our customer service first by emailing us at service@silkaurastore.com
  • We will process your return request within 48 hours. Once the request is approved, we will generate a return label for you. 
  • All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
  • A full refund will be initiated within 48 hours after we've received the returned original hair. Refunds will be credited to your account via the original payment method within 7-15 days of refund initiation.
  • Please kindly note that customized products do not accept returns.

    ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

    • You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours after paying.
    • Once your order has been shipped and is already on the way to you, it cannot be canceled. But you may contact us once you have got the hair and returned it to us get a refund.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    • We allow one free exchange for all orders on all products within 15 days from the date the order is delivered. 
    • Please contact our customer service if you would like to make an exchange on your order.
    • If the exchange item(s) cost more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the price difference for the additional amount. Any exchange balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
    • Your exchange can only be processed after we have received your return.
