It's awesome to hear that you've posted videos! Kindly email us a link to your video to service@silkaurastore.com. Once your order is completed, and the video is verified, we will email you a €5 gift card as "Simply Posting" reward. If the video is qualified for more rewards, we will refund you or email you your gift card rewards accordingly. For more details, kindly check our Cash Back Program page.

When will I receive my Video Reward?

The reward will be processed once we receive your Request to Video Reward and after your order is completed. The earliest date for us to process your reward is 15 days after your order is delivered.
